It's a 1 frame link. So you have to input it as soon as his he claps his hands together. It easy to do with other moves to get the timing like fire ball or DB2.

@@IngramN. its not that hard tbh, the ex flamefist cancel is easier. i recommend you try that first too get the timing down a little. also you can buffer the flamefist cancel a little before your first fistflurry ends which also makes it a little easier too follow up with a second one after the flamecancel animation ends.
