Jaggery and honey are good for normal people. But they worsen diabetic condition. Most people dont know this fact. But its far better than refined sugar due to minerals and enzymes.

In Faisalabad Pakistan we have black carrots which make extreme good kanji.
So do the people of North India....but those are seasonal, so the beetroot is a great substitute
But after 3 days, uske upar white layer fungus form ho jaata hai. Kya hum pi sakthe hai uss form me?
