Hey Sanjyot. Thank you so much this video. I used to tell my friends about kaanji. But not everybody knows about it. My mother used to make black carrot kanji for me in winters. Now I am going to share this video to my friends.
Im 18 and hated to cook but since i started watching your videos im in love with it now. Tried the tawa pulao and it turned out to be so damn amazing and actually it was my first time cooking ever , so thank you a lottt❤
@@nupurvijmehrotra8533 I think you kept it in direct sunlight for too long, I'm not sure but I remember something similar happened with our kanji too a few years back.
Don't use store bought curd or yogurt,,,or even don't use any of those,,, Just use dry ingredients and water,,I don't think so chef left it outside too Long,

I come from a Rajasthani family and have grown up having this drink every Holi and Diwali when my family makes Kanji Vada, Dahi Vada, and Moong Dal Halwa. Hey Sanjyot, we make this kanji vada twice a year ( for Holi and Diwali) , and ya, just like you said we don’t make the kanji with so much masala and also don’t give dhuni. But your recipe also looks awesome, will surely try this recipe too. Thanks for sharing 🌺

Had never heard of this. First time in my 66 years !! In marathi Kanji is made of rice. Used as a breakfast with addition of fresh coconut pieces. In China they add fish pieces. There are 'Conjee' houses.
