- In this video I compared the Petal Want against the Tide Popper to see which is better. Also this is a good way of seeing if the Tide Popper is really wortg the amount of materials and honey.

This is the kind of tool that is kinda "custom-made" for the blue hive. It requires tons of bubbles to be popped on every area so the field is refreshed almost instantly after the waves wipe the whole field clean.

@brody613 I agree that I was stating an obvious point but I found it interesting because you need a blue hive with tadpoles to use this well or it’s just worse than the petal wand. It collects pollen at the cost of emptying the field. It’s tailor-made if you already have a blue hive before buying it.

First of all, the tide popper collects so much that once the field degrades to nothing in its path, it collects only a tiny bit of pollen from the flowers instead of the possible amount extra if the flowers were full. A better sprinkler could possibly fix this. Also while you are playing with everything active, the waves increase in size and frequency as you collect more bubbles meaning they collect a lot more. Tidal surge has massive waves that can decimate an entire field of all its pollen, proving that it has higher collection than petal wand.
Basically not even including tide blessing, tide popper collects much much more than petal wand and underperformed because it didn’t have the chance to get the bigger waves and the flowers didn’t regrow fast enough.

These are un comparable. They work very different. The petal wand works with just general scaling in power while tide popper takes time to get for example tide blessing etc. So if you where moving around and were playing for example 15 minutes the tide popper would get more

If i ever get to endgame ill probably just grind out the bucko bee quests and never actually be able to craft the tide popper. the swirled wax and the super smoothies seem really hard to get

The tide popper did worse cuz the sprinkler couldn’t keep up with it and so half the time when it was swinging it wasn’t collecting anything and the sprinkler beams couldnt reach where the waves were hitting
We just need an endgame sprinkler .. probably coming on the next update

The collection test was kind of unfair as because the flowers were always depleted, the tide popped wasn’t gathering as much as it could’ve
No, that means it was fair, what's the point of making a "what if scenario" about there being a better sprinkler or something when there isn't. It was doing everything at its max right now, sure in the future with a better sprinkler it may be better but as of right now, its not.
@@Gloobus_ It isn’t fair because if you want the tide popper to work you need tadpole bees for the bubbles so if he claimed his hive it would have collected way more pollen.

I think I just beat the system cause first I can't go to the 35 zone but if I try to get to a certain zone without the amount you will get teleport to the spawn but cause I was lagging the game was not teleporting me and I quickly talk to spirit bear and I actually did it and I have the spirit bear quest without 35 bees

How does the dark scythe compare amongst the three? It’s “cheaper” and I have a fairly balanced hive…
You can’t really compare them as it depends on you’re hive colour

@@garageathlete u should go for a blue hive or if u can’t really afford the tide popper u can farm first with red hive.Then when u have enough for the tide popper u should go for a blue hive.
Pretty sure they are best with their respective color hives ie scythe with red hive
If your hive is mixed then I'd say go for baller

something im noticing while researching the tide popper, is that it doesnt sound worth it.. i'd need to test to see if this is true, but the dark scythe sounds like a way bigger jump from petal wand compared to tide popper.
when i got dark scythe, my boosts were 2x better, attack was 1.3x better, and all sorts of other stuff thanks to that extra super crit, conversion, and flame duration from dark flames
i would need to feel that same jump in gameplay with tide popper to see if it was worth it, these short tests dont cut it in my eyes
