- barnes and noble finally had their massive buy one, get on 50% off manga sale, so you know we had to take advantage of it! we got a pretty good manga haul, so be sure to stick around til the end to see what i got!

In UK, ‘Forbidden Planet’ has buy 3 for 2 deal, which is crazy for buying 3 in 1’s, where you can get 9 volumes for price of 2, but obvs the paper is thinner and worse quality

Barnes and Noble are such a good "main titles" option, but I can't wait to visit a Kinokuniya! Nice video man
for sure, kinokuniya also has art books and more merch which sets them apart

Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie's manga is much much better in my opinion. I have volumes 1-12 and I really love the art style in it. there's not really any drama or anything but it's very wholesome and enjoyable and it's honestly just a very enjoyable read, definitely recommend. I saw the anime adaptation and I completely agree, it was so poorly done in my opinion, they made the main character feel very annoying where as in the manga I find him to be equally as cute as Shikimori
I disagree the anime was the same quality as the manga this take doesn’t make sense to me at all

Went to a Half Price bookstore once and got Tokyo Ghoul (Monster Edition) volume 1 for $20. It was worth around $300 at the time, but I actually sold it for $200 a week later.

As for the best pickups, I got a 1/8 scale of Shinobu Kocho from Demon Slayer and the two boxsets of The Quintessential Quintuplets for free a while back. The reason I got them for free is because I traded in my funko pops. Safe to say, I won this trade, lol.

Sadly, I havent gotten any manga or LNs on sale. However, I did get 3 manga 2 weeks ago for a pretty good prize (forgot the specific number) in a local comic store
