It was a few weeks ago when I learned that The Phantom of the Opera was a play from the 70s and NOT the 1700s.

Wouldnt it be neat, fighting a boss based on the Phantom like this, and halfway through the face just comes off, exposing the metal framework underneath, as a little homage to the original character?

The Phantom would actually make for a kick ass robot master. And having his state replicate events from the musical culminating with the chandelier dropping to kick off the boss battle.

While his origins are unknown, his mask he wears is the source of his powers.
He lives in the basement of the Opera House in Paris.
Was hacked by Dr.Wily.
"Fight for me, My Angel of Destruction".(He refers to Mega Man)
Likes: Christine Woman, his home, the play "Phantom of the Opera" and the book.
Dislikes: Mega Man, Taking his mask off.

ゲーム内の初見殺しトラップやギミックを手掛けてそうなエリックさんだ…近未来の世界では確実に前時代的だけど一周回って攻略が難しくなるやつだ…
"Point of no return" "Think of me"などの楽曲も普通にロックマン風にできそう。
そういえば「エリック」もこれで3人目ね（「1」にコーツマンとサティマンがいたので…）
