Dang, gunner seems to be more in depth than i thought. I play SF as my main and Inner Chi/Golden Dragon are the only real micro management buffs i need to worry about, but this is a whole different level. Thanks for the guide, it really cleared some things up on the class. One thing I'm curious about, though, is that percent bar in the upper left of your UI. There seems to be a soul cd timer, weapon stack counter (?), and a ring timer, but what is that to the far left?

Hey Keroppi, since you play on the NA servers as well, do you think it's worth it to stay as shadow gunner? 99% of people say shadow gunner is completely worthless other than the cooler RMB animation, worse in both PvE and PvP. Only reason I'm playing it is because of the animation as well as fire's animation is atrocious. But that low DPS on shadow gunner compared to fire is really starting to annoy me. I've already invested in a mystic badge + soul badge, and both BT accessories, all 4 are shadow exclusive. Is it still worth it to re-roll as fire? If it's something minor like a 5% dps loss as shadow then I'm fine, but I'm constantly seeing lower geared fire gunners doing like 25% more damage than me... sigh.
Hey Keroppi is shadow gunner supposed to have subpar DPS at mid-level gear (~900AP)? So far I have to say I'm extremely disappointed in shadow gunner's DPS. My fire FM and shadow gunner have almost IDENTICAL gear, yet in training room my fire FM does at least 15-20k more DPS. Rotation I'm using: - 3,3,3 + F for dark mark - V for a tiny bit of sustain damage - Hold down RMB and spam F every 5 seconds until metre builds up - Tab and machinegun mode - Hold down RMB and spam F every 5 seconds until metre builds up - C, and semi-machinegun mode but with annoying pauses since it's not really infinite focus - Hold down RMB and spam 4 until C or Tab goes off cooldown I seem to be having A LOT of trouble keeping focus in machinegun mode after using C (yes it's spec'd to focus regen). It doesn't seem to help with focus at all, I still run out of focus every 1-2 seconds and have to hard reload. - Is C supposed to be completely useless unless I get the eternal soul badge? - Am I doing something else wrong? Cause my DPS is just ridiculously subpar. Even at ~910AP I only get like ~35k dps in F2 literally standing there continuously shooting - Even Tab + machinegun spam doesn't increase DPS much, it remains pretty much the same as regular RMB spam? - Am I supposed to be spamming 4 + F (which cancel each other out for metre buildup) or simply hold down RMB? My ping is ~120-200, fluctuates a lot, but RMB auto-attack is definitely faster than your "fire vs shadow in high ping" video.
Unless you have tab up, light speed is a dps loss. The rotation outside of tab, should be rmb 4 f to empty the meter, so you don't enter light speed. Even with tab, in a party it's depending on the wl knowing sb timing and keeping up sb on the 1min cd.
Ok, I do have a question and that is regarding HM skill versions. Are there any that are just absolutely crucial like the WL hm dragon call or is it mostly like skills that help but it's fine if you take a little longer to get them? Like I main a WL and I can tell you that it's a really trash class without hm skills. However, some of my alts more have skills that I would like to have but doesn't really hurt to not have them.I am really more so wondering if there are any I need to rush and do day one. Working on doing priority with it because I am marathon leveling it and then doing BT with it that weekend when it releases on the NA server.
For Baleful and Seraph weapon. Which is better for a shadow gunner? The description for mine is still in Chinese. So am having a harder time to decide. On instincts I would go for Baleful. What would you recommend?

Just a quick question out of curiosity. As a shadow gunner in a party with a warlock, do we to do a different rotation when we receive soul burn buff? I main a warlock previously, during soul burn, my rotation goes into rmb + 4. So am wondering when receiving soul burn as a gunner, do I need to switch any rotations. I really fell in love with this class! I once tried it in China server last week with the terrible ping. It's quite difficult to play when the skills need continuance. I don't know when it will come in Thai server. Thanks for the guide! I'll fight with that ping and play it again!!
and you should use Precision Shot when you want to use Tab since that will give you Abyss Mark which give you extra damage with rapid fire or delusive shots
Hey bro, im pretty new to BnS and after I've reached level 50 HM 8 im pretty much stuck at leveling my weapon but i dont really understand how others level up their HM levels i found it pretty hard. Whats your advice for me? and as well as gearing up?
Can you do a guide on PvE HM skills for shadow gunner? I know you did one for fire gunner at end of the fire gunner video. Also, which build do you recommend for a casual player who will never be able to get the endgame gear? ~930AP is as high as I can probably go. I can never even get into a BT raid since the min AP requirement on NA/EU server for BT is 950-1000AP (yes it's stupid, but people are elitists here), so MSP shield + oath legendary accessories + stage 12 baleful = the best I'll be able to get. I've used fire for a long time cause I heard it does overall more damage, but it's so RNG-dependent and feels rather clunky with the constant F spamming.

Also it should be 234 raven + 15678 MSP? I'm on Yura and so far have been unlucky in finding a non-elitist guild, but that's ok I probably don't have enough time to grind gear to that high anyways, I'm happy with just getting my gunner to 900 to have some fun with it. Takes too much time to maintain 4 characters.
So i get that gunner resets the big skills, but when you cast soulbern and/or blue buff it gives a debuff so you cant use the skills from another soulburn/ blue buff again for a little bit. Does gunner also get rid of the debuff?

If you hit F first, you could consume your current focus, then you have maybe 0.1 to 0.2 seconds delay (ping, finger movement), and finally Tab gives full focus for 8 seconds. Am I missing something here or does it simply not matter?
Is there any other way to get hongmoon charms besides daily dash? I've been trying to save as many as i can but i've still barely got enough to seem like it's gonna make a dent.

Do you have lower graphics than 5? I remember seeing a weird beam of shots like a laser of shots in one of the vidros when the compulsion is at max.

Is there any other way to get hongmoon charms besides daily dash? I've been trying to save as many as i can but i've still barely got enough to seem like it's gonna make a dent.
