If there is no instructions on the sides of the box of an item it means it is ONLINE ONLY or was gotten during the Halfway to Halloween Release in April.
The jaw stopped moving on mine. Has anyone experienced that with this product? I tried unplugging everything, but that didn’t work. Any help troubleshooting this issue would be greatly appreciated before I have to return it as defective. Thanks!
@tylerwalton4518 he's still in stock so I'd advise returning him while u can. Mine has been boxed back up so unfortunately can't help u resolve issue, maybe try calling maker...
Love that servos are starting to be used on more budget animatronics, great for the price! Treasure Chest looks really good as well.
@Golden_Embers servos are definitely changing the game. Look at my capt.cuts video, he's scary real!!! I love it!!!

You can fix the jaw clanking by putting some felt stoppers that they make for cabinets on his teeth
