I know u talked about them a lot but it'd be nice if u got an actual tutorial video for how to begin with Raid, I'm honestly having a hard time with raid coz I finished Toah, gb10 db10 nb10 in 1:15 but failed at even R4, considering now shredded the buggest guide of sw is gone
Raid is a matter of runes with a lot of stats, you need 2 healers, 2 cleansers (healer and cleanser can be the same unit) and 2 tanks and 2 damage units. The idea is that the monsters provide some reliable debuffs, mainly atk down and anti-heal (these are the 2 most important ones). Also if you have units that give you a lot of turns or too many units on violent, you may fail. The boss has a turn counter for every turn you and your teammates have, and this increases his dmg. A simple team is: colleen, fire panda, diaz/darion, lisa, konamiya and water kfg. In this case you use 4 monsters in front and 2 in the back.Front line: diaz/darion, fire panda, lisa and coleen/konamiya; back line: colleen/konamiya and water kfg (the units in the front should have around 25k total hp, the more the better and around 1200 total def, of course if you can get around 1500 def is better (some units is going to be harder to get the 1200 def like colleen, konamiya, darion, due to his base stats being lower). For diaz/darion, fire panda you can build them with def hp def or hp def hp, with around 70% res. Colleen can be on spd def hp with around 20-25k hp (total), 1k def (total, more the better) and around 200-220 spd (not necesarily on violent, and revenge is great on colleen due to his 1st skill atk down). Then you have your cleansers lisa and konamiya (violent is recomended so they can cycle their skills faster and have the cleanses ready) spd hp def with stats similar to colleen, if you are using konamiya, you can have him on spd hp hp and be in the back (remember the resistant, its important). And finally your dmg dealer: I use mainly water kfg, but hwa, ardella, wind vampire, fire polar queen are good options as well. The idea is that they go in the back, they should have around 20k hp total to survive r5, just have enought crit rate on them and decent atk and cd so they deal nice dmg. You can build them on hp, cd atk to have them tankier, or if you have nice substats they can be on atk cd atk. Rune sets can be swift or fatal (so you have greater stats easily) and remember that a good idea for raids is "overall stats better than sets", you can use energy, guard, fight, endure sets here to complete spaces and gain better stats. Hope it helps you.

I've been playing since 2015 and I never really did these things effectively so, this shouldn't be a "beginners" guide, but is an effective guide for all -- new player and older player alike. I made a LOT of mistakes that I am now trying to rectify so late in the game and it is so boring; moreso boring than the grinding that'll take forever. Great video and informative analysis.
Same here. I made my account in November 2015 and i am still pre-GB10, because of shenanigans, looong breaks and just a general lack of commitment. So this guide is also helpful to me. What i gathered from this video is my Belladeon is too slow for GB10 with only +10 Speed.

couple things to add on giants #1 - if you use lapis make sure she's somewhat tanky. she's multi hitting a lot, and will take most the boss counters. #2 - the miniboss has high resistance because he's an awakened golem which has bonus resistance. Which then the dungeon amplifies by x4. so landing debuffs requires absurd accuracy. #3 - on your transition speed team, you can also use the light cowgirl when transitioning. since she has damage, strip, and atk bar manipulation all rolled into one. might be a tad bit slower, but certainly safer.
Im a newer player now level 38, only units I have built up are magic knight obviously, aegir, bella, shannon, Darion, Delphoi. But delphoi is getting replaced since I will be able to fuse vero this week. I feel magic knight shouldnt be used if you have another mon thats just as good. My team will be aegir, vero, shannon, bella, darion. Had to sacrifice bernard for vero fusion.
@@ichi8088 you have a few options. Delphoi will provide more survival on the boss than vero, but vero better on waves and more damage. (you can't underestimate skill 2 resetting the giants AoE smash). I'd almost use vero, bella, delphoi, shannon, aegir. and eventually replace delphoi or vero with sigmarus (play around with it). if darion is already 6* though, keep him in. but using delphoi, vero, and shannon is so much safety it's honestly obsurd. and vero dots + agir is enough boss damage. since darion is there mostly for the dmg reduction and atk break. you wont need either of those if you have delphoi extra heal and cleanse, plus boss reset. It's also because darion is only really used in giants and r5, when you can use delphoi is a much wider array of areas. and is really good in gw.

Gets the dungeon done in 2min - 2:30min atm. I have nothing really (especially Runes) for a very fast team, and people still keep on telling me to use Loren in GB10. :)

I play her on Despair Energy for group stun chance which does help with trash waves and the occasional try on some ToA stages and Secret Dungeons. Overall, there's not too too much to her. First skill is a single target hit with Glancing Hit chance, second is an AoE slow and third is a party 2 turn Attack and Defense Buff.

Finally! Learning how to play the game! I am a fan of the unconventional approach of the guy who was super fast from start to GB10 and DB10 team. I think he did it in less than 60 days, but I don't recall. There should be an encouragement of people to try different ways to do it and have fun in experimenting first with completing it and secondly with teams who clear faster.
I notice a lot of these beginner guide videos, but a point that none of them addresses is, where am I supposed to farm for the early rune sets to even tackle giants? I have the units, but not the runes. Should I do earlier Giant floors or should I farm for 5 star runes on scenario? Since all scenario gives are whites with the occasional green.
could you do a video on rune power ups, im sure im not the only one but i have no idea how the rune grinds work, ie how many times can you grind a sub-stat, which stats can be grinded, which runes to power up for reappraisal, what stats to convert this is the one area of the game i cant seem to find much information about

I got the game the first year the game came out, and just re-downloaded it. so this helps out. Everythings changed a lot.... water hellhound used to be used to speed run things and now the twins kill everything.

I agree with the "not everyone has twins.. or galleon.. or lushen..". I've been playing like 4?years-ish? I've never seen many 4*, only recently got one boom. When I first started giants countered on every critical hit. The tactic was using Chloe and water imps! Or back when you could fire viking to steal the dragons shield. But those tactics have changed. It'svery good to have a new beginners guide, old teams are probably still similar to now, but so many new teams and tactics.
I would just start a Necro team when I have the twins. Shaina, Sabrina and Talia are awesome for it (I use them also for Db10 but there are also other good options). This is much better than building silly units you dont need after you get them. I build in the past Adrian and now he is just a storage unit
I agree. NB10 ist mostly for Pvp, so dont waste any time building units just for nb10 You should have pulled some twins until you really need these nb10 runes
Yes! Finally another RUclipsr that is suggesting Lapis in the core lineup for Giants. Although I like darion or just a Wind nuker to team up. It's just a huge waste of time early game to try and use resources to fuse Vero when you can just use someone else. Best option is wind aoe attack bar reduction.

Playing for around 830 days, got some decent nat 5s so far, my priorities were so fucked up that at this point I don't even have the first team he shows for GB10 fully (and good) runed and with 6 stars. I'm currently working on Shannon and I can't even beat GB10 every time. Had a really bad time farming Giants for the runes. Two days ago I switched to using my (all badly runed) Verad, Ritesh, Ganymede, Bernard and 2nd awakened Belladeon in GB10 and at least I can beat it around 95/100 times now. I don't know how tho, because I'm really having a hard time fully understanding and grasping what their skills do and remembering it. I only found the video now so I'll probably reconsider and try to get decent runes for Lapis, Shannon and Vero now. (My only excuse for that amount of time and the lack of good units is that I have an On-Off relationship with this game and sometimes don't log in for months.)
Because of you I tried to use Verde Bella Sigmarus Lapis and Spectra on DB10. My Lapis isn't well runed, she has no atk and CD. Spectra has no CR and CD. On the first attempt this team was able to defeat the dragon before the immunity goes up and the clear time was 1:40.

This guide didnt really emphasize on the runes. I mean its a good guide, but it doesn't stress on the most important aspect after you assembled ur team, the runes. As a beginner, i was hoping to see some discussion on runes. Like, what to build on vero, bella etc. The optimum speed for them etc
So most teams now use fran/loren/kro 2A for their teams. Mind making a vid talking about that? As these units are very easy to get early game and are very good in other stages of the game.
Thank god you did this. Gaints B10 I have twin but they just don't hit hard enough. I would use single hard hitters and get so close. Than he would just earthquake me.
Where do you get the gift box, I'm in the middle of getting Vermos, unfortunely I'm in late game, almost account max but will try to get ready to get the fushion monsters before grinding for good runes
I never see anyone tell new players about the most important part of early game which is skill ups. You have to have fully skilled units regardless of what they are. It's more important than rune quality.

One thing you should always have as a disclaimer, Tarq is stat hungry and does kinda require some beefy runes to deal consistent damage.

could you do a video on rune power ups, im sure im not the only one but i have no idea how the rune grinds work, ie how many times can you grind a sub-stat, which stats can be grinded, which runes to power up for reappraisal, what stats to convert this is the one area of the game i cant seem to find much information about

I got the game the first year the game came out, and just re-downloaded it. so this helps out. Everythings changed a lot.... water hellhound used to be used to speed run things and now the twins kill everything.

this is actually useful, i pulled a Galleon pretty early on, so finding easily obtainable mons to partner him with helps out massively!

I agree with the "not everyone has twins.. or galleon.. or lushen..". I've been playing like 4?years-ish? I've never seen many 4*, only recently got one boom.
When I first started giants countered on every critical hit. The tactic was using Chloe and water imps! Or back when you could fire viking to steal the dragons shield. But those tactics have changed. It'svery good to have a new beginners guide, old teams are probably still similar to now, but so many new teams and tactics.
This is probably dumb, but what about a video on tower upgrades and most efficient way of doing so
I would just start a Necro team when I have the twins. Shaina, Sabrina and Talia are awesome for it (I use them also for Db10 but there are also other good options). This is much better than building silly units you dont need after you get them. I build in the past Adrian and now he is just a storage unit

NB10 ist mostly for Pvp, so dont waste any time building units just for nb10

Yes! Finally another RUclipsr that is suggesting Lapis in the core lineup for Giants. Although I like darion or just a Wind nuker to team up. It's just a huge waste of time early game to try and use resources to fuse Vero when you can just use someone else. Best option is wind aoe attack bar reduction.

Playing for around 830 days, got some decent nat 5s so far, my priorities were so fucked up that at this point I don't even have the first team he shows for GB10 fully (and good) runed and with 6 stars. I'm currently working on Shannon and I can't even beat GB10 every time. Had a really bad time farming Giants for the runes. Two days ago I switched to using my (all badly runed) Verad, Ritesh, Ganymede, Bernard and 2nd awakened Belladeon in GB10 and at least I can beat it around 95/100 times now. I don't know how tho, because I'm really having a hard time fully understanding and grasping what their skills do and remembering it.
I only found the video now so I'll probably reconsider and try to get decent runes for Lapis, Shannon and Vero now.
(My only excuse for that amount of time and the lack of good units is that I have an On-Off relationship with this game and sometimes don't log in for months.)

Little tip by the way... Dungeon clearance consistency comes with accuracy on the core debuff monsters, speed, speed modifying skills.

Because of you I tried to use Verde Bella Sigmarus Lapis and Spectra on DB10. My Lapis isn't well runed, she has no atk and CD. Spectra has no CR and CD. On the first attempt this team was able to defeat the dragon before the immunity goes up and the clear time was 1:40.
Thats nice, I tried Galleon instead of Belladeon and got similar times.
@@jaredcrabb Yeah, I tried galleon instead of Bella and it was not safe, but the fastest run was 1:15
@@andreyadrianodev Mine was 1:03, but ran an average of 1:20 to 2 minutes, so I didnt like that team, even if it was decently successful.

Thank you for this! I haven't been playing very long (super newb) and I've just been grinding out GB8, but I tried the Lapis, Vero, Shannon, Bernard and Bella team and I can actually do GB10 on auto. Go figure.
for new players if you pull a ravity shes great for giants. immunity shield and a slow.
This guide didnt really emphasize on the runes. I mean its a good guide, but it doesn't stress on the most important aspect after you assembled ur team, the runes.
As a beginner, i was hoping to see some discussion on runes. Like, what to build on vero, bella etc. The optimum speed for them etc

So most teams now use fran/loren/kro 2A for their teams. Mind making a vid talking about that? As these units are very easy to get early game and are very good in other stages of the game.

Where do you get the gift box, I'm in the middle of getting Vermos, unfortunely I'm in late game, almost account max but will try to get ready to get the fushion monsters before grinding for good runes
I never see anyone tell new players about the most important part of early game which is skill ups. You have to have fully skilled units regardless of what they are. It's more important than rune quality.
