I am very happy to the tremendous leap taken by the Indian railways. As a vocational educator I see there wasn’t any safety initiative with many workers at the Jhansi BHEL workshop. No person should work or walk without eye protection, at 21.45 I witnessed a metal worker doing bevelling of a square just behind the tv anchor upright into air, which is actually forbidden in fabrication techniques no one should fly sparks in the air always to the ground. Please as we move forward we should keep our workers health and well-being also in our mind. Jai hind.

No doubt that our country has grown much in terms of manufacturing, high speed train, increasing railways track and much comfort in some areas. But still a large population travel daily in a very bad situation hanging on doors with poor hygiene in general bogies and in a pity condition with even no space to stand. If poor will also travel with that much comfort and without any difficulty it shall be a great achievement of us as a nation I travel in local bogie and can see how much difficulties are being faced on long route train in general bogies.. Also the accident has increased much in recent time and it is a big concern for all of us..
Its a good initiative but the growth is too fast to maintain what you produce only 10% of our trains are maintained good all other are very poorly maintained. If cannnot maintain what you produce then you should think is it worth it.
