Hi Sierra, I love ❤❤❤❤❤this song. BTW it seems to me that you are still working out the lyrics in the last verse. I started singing this song in bluegrass jams - I make the last verse work out by using the word “abyss” to rhyme with “mist” -e.g.:
“ Well I know I’m going to be okay, Yes I’ve climbed out from the abyss, And I know there’s a brighter day, For I saw your light a-shining through the mist” Ha Ha -or not 😂 the song is great as is. :-)
