Nice find! Word on the street is the 224 Predator engines may soon be extinct at Harbor Freight. I checked online again today and they're available "in store only". Not a good sign.
I got this one new in the box with the manco intruder 2 had a subura motor on it guy couldn't get running I put a new coil and carb on the subura motor and it's still going strong I put this 224 on a mini bike broke it in did the oil change 5 hours on the motor it started vibrating found the flywheel was loose relapped it and torqued it to spec still vibrates a little took side cover off and inspected the inside rob bolts were not torqued seemed to fix the issue
@@heathenprojects2639 That may be why they're moving away from the 224. Too much vibration. I know mine were new in the box and the flywheel nut was just barely snugged up. Seems like there may have been some issues during the factory assembly. No biggie though, I will miss the Ducar block but the 58mm crankshafts are pretty cheap now.
@Spacecruizer203 I've got a ducar for a db30s I'm working on get some 2 peice 6' wheels from gps since it's just a frame got some parts in my carts to buynon Friday
Mm80 and vox are 2 of my favorite frames the rascal gt I've about got everything to start building a trike I'm in-between starting a house and shop on new land not enough time
Theyre good frames cept for the axle tabs def get some reinforced brackets beef it up mine cracked when i hit a hole tho u should be good long as no doozeys pop out 💪🏼💯💨💨💨 get those brakes
I've got some unc larry 8' stretch tabs and big brake kit should be in soon I built one of these about 8 years ago that was pretty crazy this one will be fully mental I've got some pretty sweet parts picked out and been planning a custom build for over a year on this one
@heathenprojects2639 hell yeah that's the ticket I still gotta get my frame welded bit those tabs are so beefed it seems good bit still def gotta get it welded lol 💪🏼
