- Steps:
1. Go to the directory/folder of where the zip file is located
2. Open terminal, you can find it on Launchpad/other or you can search "terminal" on Launchpad
3. Enter "unzip" then press space on your terminal
4. Drag and drop the file you want to unzip on the terminal
5. Press enter
Sit back and wait for the magic to happen. Easy!
IS BRO AT A RIVER
Doesn't work for me🥺
Thank you so much!!!!!!
THE SPACE WAS SO IMPORTANT
Same, says no such directory
I see the unzipped files in the terminal but they are not saved in the directory? What is my mistake?
it says "No such file or directory"
Make sure you put a space after writing "unzip". Without the space, the query will read the file directory as "unzip/folderlocation/filename" which is a location of a file versus "unzip folderlocation/filename" which is the command to unzip the file. Hope this works.
@@Hot_Kommoditythanks for this
Still did not work
After the command has finished running, double click the file.
