+Mike Casoli you run the all thread through the axle you replace the axle take the axle out run the offer and through throw the foot pegs on and then both the foot pegs down super easy
i do live in bama and i know how to get plates for itm problem is u can take one ticket for offroad vehicle. or take five no headligjt tailight turn signal all that mess. its not worth it
