Installing Angel Eyes & HID Kit On A BMW 1 Series E81 - No Wiring

- In today's video I show you guys how to install Depo Angel Eyes & a HID Kit on a BMW E81 although this is the same process for a BMW E82, E87 & E88 and many other BMW models. This requires no wiring unlike many other angel eyes. This is very simple to do.

Probably a good video, but I couldn't get further than 5min.
Re-edit the video, and watch it yourself while wearing headphones. I had to toggle between 100% and 5% volume, it blasts music suddenly, and then i cant hear anything of what you're saying.
I enjoy watching small channels without all the fluff the big channels bring, just keep an eye on the audio for these kind of videos.

i just put these DEPO headlights (dark grey) like a month ago aswell but i installed some LED bulbs instead of xenon, color is better IMO pure white as the halos and the light/pattern output is amazing. Carrover LED 110w from amazon (50€)
Paid only 250€ for the pair of the headlights.
Also had to have them coded afterwards to remove errors, flickering, etc
No issues at inspections as well, (my high beams are standart bulbs)
It’s been a while since u commented but just to confirm u didn’t use an hid kit ? And instead got bright led low beam bulbs and then just plugged it into the car like the factory headlights ?
@@Max-op6dq Exactly, i just bought H7 LED bulbs (for low beams) and than looked for a bmw coder to remove any issues.
It's been 1.5 years and everything is working 100%
The light output is so much better than standart that i barely use the high beams.
@@Hypnot47 great appreciate it. I had halos about 4 years ago and they failed but I coded them myself and changed the s to h or whatever it was for drl to become halos but was there anything else u ended up coding for

@@Max-op6dq yes, i asked for some "voltage check" thing to be disabled because i heard thats what kills these halos

What was your Beam pattern like? Fitted mine yesterday and I’m convinced they’re set for LHD driving
Everyone watching this should be aware that a HID/Xenon Conversion Kit will FAIL AN MOT. Please call M Style before buying as they will confirm this. The rule came into play about a year ago. Aftermarket conversion kits are prohibited
I can confirm I’ve had HID/xenon conversion kit for 5 years and have never failed an MOT
@@MrZodiac98 probably got a friendly MOT tester you've been seeing for years
Don’t forget running the HID kit on stock headlights like a chav blinding everyone will fail your mot. The depo v2 headlights have a projector lens which eliminates the problem.
@@Dawidovsky_ forget the hid kits blinding people, these new electric cars have blinding headlights. No idea how the EQC was deemed to be legal

The orange resistance on the headlight cover, hasn't the plastic melted yet?
It’s all insulated so doesn’t melt anything

I’ve just fitted my set from M style and I’m having problems converting the beam from LHD To RHD. Can you help me with this?
Hello mate, inside the headlight there is a little silver handle switch. You need to put that in the RHD position. There is a yellow sticker on the side of the headlight that shows you how
