Happens with me when I eat certain tomatoey foods. :( I can handle some pizzas but made the mistakes of eating ravioli and made my stomach upset. :( I cant even drink certain dairy products like milk etc or have cream. Etc. But I can have certain types of ice cream as long as no food has any MSG in it etc I'm fine. Like certain Chinese food etc. We gotta be careful with what we eat. :(

My wife has lacto- and fructose intolerance and her stomach reacts with cramps to certain kinds of food. She´s had medical treatment, but no real solution to this problem so far. She stays away from those kinds of food, but her stomach is still acting up at times.

Doea this have the potential to trigger Kundalini awakening? When i use it i feel a very strong sensation in a specific point on my back. Would prefer to not activate it in such a manner.
It does not activate Kundalini and if your not comfortable using it please don't.
