Hi, i am new to your channel and i love this video. It is the first i have seen of yours. I love the vrex and dinosaur figures. This concept of “figure battles” is amazing and highly entertaining. Best part? It has to be that i agreed with all of the points you gave to either dinosaur in this video. Fantastic thorough and high quality reviews of both figures, and I was so happy that you mentioned the repaints/variants as well. Great work!
Yesss....and no. The Rebor V.rex only has 2 fingers instead of the three that it should. Pretty bothersome inaccuracy. Either that or the 3rd finger is just too small to see, idk. Also, for some reason, the jaw of the Rebor one, when open and seen from the front, has a weird fish-like appearance which should just not be the case. The colours of the Rebor one are admittedly ever so slightly more accurate, but not as fluid and appropriately blended together. The Rebor one also suffers from literal overtexturing. All these subtleties aside, Rebor still has my money over Nanmu because of the bendy wire tail, which is also knobbed at the end, the more dynamic pose, the wider-opening jaw, more accurate deco and snout profile, all of this at literally half the price. That said, the Nanmu is overall slightly, slightly, like 10% better, at the most, but is ludicrously overpriced. Also the Rebor one scales a little better with the SHMA Kong 2005 😁

I DIDN'T KNOW REBOR was so cheap and small now! I just bought the Hammond collection baryonyx and that V rex will be perfect for my office!

I like the pose in the rebor better but I like the nanmu way more.

i love the more neutral pose on the nanmu, it could be the best if it had the rebor bendy tail, thats just my 2 cents
