There’s big fish in those lakes but I think they’re very “line” sensitive. Might have to slow down or throw big swim baits to fool those fish. I haven’t figured out anything for those lakes.
Awesome video Casey! That intro was sick!! Nice fish!! I love making fishing videos as well and just want to say that I really enjoy your content! Keep up the good work!! 💪💪🎣🎣
What’s up Cole.. still trying to figure this RUclips thing out and all the editing techniques. Thank you for taking the time to write a comment brotha. Thanks for watching 👍🏻🍻🍻😎😎🎣🎣
Norcal is a bit better than socal. You dont have to get inspected at the Delta and theres tournaments nearly every weekend. Also, its self inspection at all the mortherlode lakes, which are dynamite lakes for bass fishing.
I love norcal.. I went to Sacramento State and was the only crazy dude fishing for salmon on the American River between classes. Haha Socal sucks! Too many damn people…and too many damn people that take the bass home for food. These guys on the shore keep everything! I never got to fish the delta. The pros use to fish the delta but those days are long gone. Not worth the pros driving to cali for “okay” fishing. Thanks for watching man!! 🍻🍻👍🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣
Bro!!! I was just out there and I wish I threw a freakin spinner bait!!! The aerial shots and grass lines were so helpful and the humor bro! Just my vibe! Bravo! Subscribed.
Thanks man. Yeah I can tell the fish are starting to get lower in the water. Topwater is shutting down and you need to get down with a spinner or flatbill crank. In a month I’ll be throwing a drop shot and worms a lot more. Thank you for watching. Definitely cool to see comments. 👍🏻🍻🍻🎣🎣
With all due respect, I do all right fishing in So Cal and usually catch Bass every time I go out. You just need to learn each lake you fish at. I’m sure some lakes are better than others. Silverwood is known more for Striped Bass, and Puddingstone is always tough. You should have went to Lake Perris, or some of the San Diego Lakes. I’m sure you would have had a better experience.
No doubt… definitely need more time on some of these lakes. This videos came out pretty strong hate on SoCal but I only get one take shooting a video live. I think the time of the year was bad too. It was a transition into winter and the bass were setting up. I get spoiled out here on the river because of how big of water it is… then you go to puddingstone lake and everyone is on top of each other. 🍻😎
have you fished up by the dam? back in the day when you were able to climb down by the face of the dam, I used to catch bluegill and use them as bait for huge stripers, until they put that rope barrier and made it illegal to be anywhere near the dam. I was thinking if you could get right up to the rope barrier and use a big swim bait for stripers.
I would probably have to use my jet boat to get up into that section of the river. It gets pretty quick on that last turn. I’ve heard good things about that spot. Those striper probably just sit there waiting for the doors to open
Do you have active target too or are you doing all your graphing with down imaging? Awesome stuff man, I love Parker I bet it’s a whole different place on a yak!
i have active target but when im fishing the river i like to power fish. This is my happy place and i dont want to look down at a graph the entire day. Maybe when it gets really cold ill bust it out. Dude… places i use to drive over in a boat are my honeyholes now. kayaks make you fish everything. Thank you for watching. I really appreciate the comment.
Where in Arizona are you at? I would love to meet up and learn to fresh water fish! I usually fish the Cali bays. I'm a salty guy... but willing to learn! I have a 2022 hobie PA 14 Ike. Everything except live scope.
What’s up big dog. I fish the Colorado River from Havasu down through Blythe. Besides Lake Havasu you really don’t need electronics. Fishing down here is all intuition. I’m actually heading back to Newport Harbor after the new year.
This dude starts off talking shit on SoCal bass fishing and proceeds to catch one 11 inch fish. “Oh it’s the wind”. Cut to the next day starting at 0400 and he proceeds to catch 5 more dinks and one smallie. I could or anyone else could catch 5 calicos in 10 casts in SoCal. Our last freshwater day Halloween 2023 before we switched to quail and coyote calling my son and I had 41 largemouths.
you have that region dialed in, but this time where is all all the usual mindless traffic? also you make it look all too easy by not showing how the current adds to the difficulty. hey lets document the jewels of the region and document a multiple day drift down nomansland, the colorado from big river to blyth. me and my buddy will run assist have boat and camera lets do it, refer to prior comments.
Thanks man. All the boaters went home and got there sand cars. Winter is here!! Lol youre reading my mind. Im putting that drift video together right now. i’m trying to see how far i can drift in one day. im thinnking lost lake because i know i will stall and want to fish certain areas and not drift the entire time.
I went to school in Sacramento. I was more speaking on SoCal. I would say the Delta and Arizona River system are similar. SoCal is so over pressured it’s miserable
6:45am beerstart, yes! very important to stay hydrated in arizona....
its the most important thing….You feel good you fish good. Hahahaha
You are so right about socal Bass fishing. I live here
I have fished all those lakes with no bass hooked.great video.

Thank you guys for watching!! see you on the next video 😜🍻🍻🎣🐟🐟
Love your videos! Always find myself laughing at some point! You should do a video covering your kayak set up!

Nice work out there. Need to hit this spot.
I hate wind...blows my little 10 ft kayak all around. Really nice smallmouth....they sure do fight. You got another sub.
Thanks for watching 👍🏻🍻🍻 see you on the next video. Happy Thanksgiving week
Great Job on the music clips. Felt like I was watching a major network fishing show or something. Keep those great videos coming brotha!
You’re the man! Thank you. Took another day of editing but I think it was worth it. 👍🏻🍻🍻
Love that ramp plenty of parking
No one ever launches there… I probably shouldn’t have showed that ramp in my videos haha

I'm Heading To Parker Tomorrow. Where Is This Boat Ramp?
Bro living here in California I must admit you are right bass fishing out here is not what it use to be!
Definitely harder to fish on California Lakes… but if I lived next to a lake (good or bad fishing) I would be on that lake everyday. Lol 👍🏻🍻
It can be challenging for sure

Made that video silly and fun brotha 🤙🏼
Yeah. CA fishing does suck. I live a couple minutes away from Lake Perris, so I usually go there, but I need to venture out more.
I mean fishing is fishing. Just getting outside is always a good time. Try Arizona sometime. 👍🏻🍻🍻🎣🎣
What exact lake or boat launch is this if you don’t mind me asking
Rock house visitor center
Would you say the current is too fast for a outback kayak ? With just the turbo drive ?
It would be a work out for sure. I wouldn’t go out there without a motor. Unless you float fish and someone picked you up at the casino

Thanks for the comparison to saltwater fishing. Go have a beer the superbowl is about to start.
