I love how you make "cooking" look so easy and quick. And that you take the time to cook all your food yourself instead of eating processed snacks and takeout. That kind of good discipline overflows into other areas of life, so you are setting a good example to others. Well done!
The meals do look appetising. I find cooking at home is better, I try to do that more myself (especially for work) as eating supermarket food gets tiring. Only thing is for some people, they may not have time (depending on schedule).
