Saylor was talking about the halving. The supply is cut by 450btc per day. That’s the same as the supply not being cut but someone buying 450btc per day forever and never selling.

Looking at prior halving, other than 2013, it appears to initially be a non-event. Yes, BTC slowly gains traction but it takes a few months before it takes off. But whatever, BTC will do whatever it wants to do so who knows.

The halving just only have a psychology effect. It could trigger huge buy. How ever the real effect is coming later once the BTC supply getting squeeze. For now if they keep dumping BTC. That will keep the price low. But for how long??

Halving event doesn't mean much in the very short term. Yeah it's a tradable event like any other since more people try and come in to trade it but whatever. The real benefit is longer term AFTER since all miners need to deal with the fact that their revenue gets cut in half instantly.

Geroge the Saylor tweet is about the effect the bitcoin halving will have. Its not someone new buying 450 btc per day for 4 years its that the halving creates that effect as we go from 900 produced to 450 per day. 😅
