Hi. Great videos of DS Villas. We are owners at Villas 1, but know little about the best rooms for Villas II. Do you know what buildings are nearest the waterfalls on the golf course? I'm guessing 753, 837 or 875. We prefer a second floor overlooking the golf course, nearby the Palmeras Pool. Thanks in advance!
Those buildings are closest to the Palmeras Pool and will mostly overlook the golf course. As for the waterfalls on the golf course. that fairway has a water hazard on the right, but there isn't much of a waterfall. There is a larger waterfall feature at the resort, but there really aren't any buildings with views of that.
I'm not too impressed with the pool area. Too much concrete and not enough landscaping features to make it nice. Instead of nice tiles, the pool deck is plain concrete. I just like the pools in Hawaii and Florida better. No water slides for kids either.
I would agree. That seems to be a drawback of the pool areas at all of the Marriott Vacation Club resorts in Palm Desert. I guess there is only so much you can do in a desert landscape. Thanks for watching!
Beautiful, looks very relaxing.
It certainly is. Thanks for watching!
Great place to stay, thanks for the video.
It really is! Thanks for watching!
I have been enjoying watching all your reviews and am heading to Marriott Lakeshore Reserve in a few weeks. I can’t wait.
Awesome, Thanks for watching and have a great trip. Lakeshore Reserve is fantastic!
Very good information. will be going in April and getting ready to set preferences. Now i know exactly where everything is. thank you.
Glad it was helpful. Have a great trip!
Thanks!
