I'm adding Garissa to my bucket list of local destinations. When I think of Garissa, the first thing that comes to mind is people of the Somali tribe. I always thought they dominated this part of the country. I'm also surprised there's traffic congestion. Wow. There's not much shared about this town and the whole of Nothern Kenya.
