ECM Synchronika is an excellent machine and it's the same as Profitec Pro 700, which is a bit cheaper. Rocket R58 is a pretty good machine for the buck. All of them are dual boilers and they perform above your needs as a home barista.
I just watched a video where the person said do not use the hot water from the hot water wand to make Americano drinks....use the water through the portafilter. What’s your take about this?
It depends on your budget. If money isn't an issue then it's pretty easy to choose. But generally get a dual boiler machine and pair it with a single dose grinder like the monolith.
Grinder help: for my grinder choices I’m thinking Eureka Speciality 75, Ceado E37S, or maybe the Mahlkonig Peak. Please give me your thoughts about these choices. Thanks

Most people can't tell the difference unless you are a coffee expert or following Speciality Coffee standards. In espresso, it does matter how many grams in/out.

I've had a few espresso machines and even with a modified Delonghi (using a pro grinder, it must be said) I was always able to get a decent cappuccino. That being said... I still prefer to use a more competent machine :)

if you're new, then I wouldn't recommend anything fancy or complex. for 350$, I'm assuming grinder and espresso machine, I'd go with a delongui... which you can later get rid of the pressurizer. But you'll need a proper grinder for real espresso: and with that budget I can only recommend a used one: look for a rancilio rocky, expect to pay around 150 $ for a good used one.

I’m thinking about three machines for a purchase: ECM Synchronika, La Marzocco GS3 and La Marzocco Lenia Mini. What’s your thoughts for these? I am a home use but LOVE espresso.
Consider Lelit Bianca. It's one of the newest, pretty, and has pressure profiling ability. La Marzocco GS3 is definitely a good choice but the design is kinda threw me off
@@DDSRdds The build is extremely reliable both Quality and Mechanically speaking. It's got a large water reserve and a large drip tray. Only downside is that it takes a while to fully saturate the heat although you can use it at around 10 mins, the machine is not fully heated until around 20 mins. Manual recommends 30 Mins wait. This downside is not a concern for prosumer machines and commercial machines though as it's a compromise made to shift towards quality, reliability, and efficiency. (compare a breville's wattage and a VBM's wattage to see what I mean)

@@seiya209 These Breville machine is really intended for residential rather than commercial use. But the Linea Mini or the GS3 could work though if it were direct plumbed. They have commercial parts that are built to stand up to the continuous light use.

I'm also using ECM synchronyca and rocket R58. But for me GS3 it's different level. The espresso quality and steamed milk totally different.

I like the eureka becasue of it's price and how easily you can clean it without having to relcalibrate.
