They were so underrated. Nobody could of got it so perfect as these two. Everyone says it was so creepy which it is but it isn't obvious why it is creepy. I used to have freaky dreams about their characters where I would end up in a country village and all the people were like dolls and I had the dream many times all because of this program. It would be really hard to bring this show back because it's hard to get perfection. Aunt Sally is based on a psychopath...lol
Pertwee and Stubbs, what a partnership. Those big eye's, on Aunt Sally, butter wouldn't melt, even though she treated Worzel like shite. So lucky to be a kid when this was originally shown between 1979 to 81. Happy day's 😊😊😊😊😊❤
This is far superior to the BBC's Feeble PC attempt to replicate it. Una Stubbs and John Pertwee were the ultimate unrecognised double act. They deserved more exposure.

Rip Una Stubbs 😪 used to love Worzel Gummidge ! I was so privileged to be a child in the late 1970's and early 1980's.
I was born in 1999, I’m 22 now but I used to love this growing up, I had the video tapes given as a kid!
