Hard to believe homes of such stature and grandeur have been preserved in Edgbaston. Haven’t come across a house as large as 11,000 sq ft within walking distance of the city. With development of HS2 and existing tram network I can imagine the value appreciating. Perhaps the listing price is conservative, given smaller plots have sold for above 4 mill in this area in last few years. Beautiful expansive grounds, haven in the heart of Edgbaston. Would have loved to restore a home like this and preserve it for the next half century.
