Your commitment to fitness and strength training is inspiring to see. I'd really like to see more content promoting minority businesses, diverse athletes of all backgrounds including age and disability. Could you also consider celebrating disabled athletes/paralympians and giving insights into their regimes? It's great you did this but it's another young fit woman which I struggle to relate to.
I can't wait for the day when a 5min/km is considered an easy run! I can literally manage 1 at that pace rn. Definitely sweet Popcorn.. And wise choice on the pick n mix! Loved this video
That was a lot of food. I would probably gain like 5 pounds. Even with a ton of training! You did great though and were such a trouper! I’m definitely a salty popcorn girl. In America, sweet and salty popcorn would actually be called kettle corn, which I cannot stand, but you’d probably love it.

The food was on point. Wouldn’t expect anything less from Steph. I ended up watching puss in boots The last wish with my 7 year old the other day. It was pretty good. I haven’t had the time to watch Avatar yet cause wasn’t sure as it goes for so long and i haven’t watched the first one either. The last movie I watched was the batman one and I found that quite lengthy and boring. Great video. Have a great New years ❤🎉
