It is Totally Amazing, that just to hear one song ( in this case it was Release Me ) and a whole new world opened up. Traveling all over this country, and beyond, meeting so many people who were doing the same, the photos, the laughs, the memories, the songs, getting to know you, Enge. Oh yes, I've had the time of my life, and so it continues. Thank you Lord, and Bless this Man and all his loved ones. Amen.
Loved seeing this again...one small correction, that beard Engelbert has came in the late 80's not the early 80's. There is no one that can take any song and make it so much more exciting than the original recording was, like Enge does.
Yes.....this is at the NEC Music Festival in 1988. In the early 80s Enge had no facial hair and his hair was light...gray/blond as in the 1982 Las Vegas Hilton video.

He was superb (as always) and I went to a party with him afterwards. Wow talk about couldn't take my hands and eyes off him. He was absolutely lovely as usual.
