Yeah man, its a blast working with steel. Aluminum on the other hand can be a real pain in the ass. There is a super thin line between hot enough, and DAMN i just ruined several hours of work.

Drill a hole through some reasonably thick wood then feed the brake tubing through ……every time you need a bit more tubing just pull it through and hey presto it comes out straight :)
How does the rod hold up in strength compared to safety silv? How much more rod would you go through vs safety silv? I'm looking for a cheaper alternative!
Patrick Fisher I've not used Safety Silv. The price point is what brought me to using these flux coated rods. I haven't had any issues with the bumpers or roll cages I've built for my Rc trucks.
Thanks for doing this, but you didn’t explain what you were using for rod, and what you were actually doing with the flame and the rod... you actually went quiet during the most important part... lol
Your explanations are at the top, me takes note and continues of considered the video next ones. You should changed the category of your video, her(it) you are in celebrity and blog, it is better automobile, motorcycle.
Man, I'm glad you're on my side! Great job!
We need to get together and hit the trails before it gets too cold. I hear we're gonna have a harsh winter. Guess only time will tell.
Things are slowing down a bit for me now so soon homie real soon.
Looks fun. I want to start building roll cages and honcho cages

As an HVAC guy I will say this, if you can solder steel break line tubeing, soldering copper for refrigerant lines is as easy as pie.
