I think whichever is most ecologically benevolent. Solar panels are one thing, but the way things are burning, even in Northern North America, I would think saving water, the essential for all living things, is the top priority. Or, what is least shown on youtube, of that you are most proficient at.
I vote for #4 or #6. Also, it's not on the list but I'd like to see you tackle installation of a secret "kill" switch in your Highlander. HL's are a favourite target of car thieves these days.
