I read that 2nd skill on Mogador as "if she would die, 100% chance to survive with 10 hp ON A 3 SECOND COOLDOWN" meaning if she doesn't take damage in the following 3 seconds, she will again survive with 10hp the next time she would've died. Potentially making her unkillable under the right circumstances
Hey Kimo, look at Alsace's limit break bonuses a little closer. Alsace gets an extra salvo capacity, meaning she can hold 2 volleys and fire 2 barrages that debuff enemies and makes me wonder if they stack if there is only 1 boss on screen.

Classing Mogador’s first skill as ‘Very Good’ is either boot licking Manjuu or completely oblivious. She’s the textbook definition of Leeroy Jenkins, running in only to die immediately, whilst also having a bucketload of bugs gimping the rest of your fleet. It’s like they didn’t even play test her at all
tbf, on paper the skill sounds cool. in practice its an utter farce showing she had absolutely zero play testing. Even her swim suit L2D skin is bugged to heck and gets stuck in animation loops.

Morgador has finally taken NJ off her throne of my favorite waifu. I mean *jesus* christ she is not only so unbelievably hot, but also just as much of a power-bottom masochist as I am. She really is, just like me fr fr.
Damn right. Not only that her armor is light, ramming into boss or even normal enemies will guarantee her to die. Once the skill activated for the 2nd and 3rd time, you would need to say goodbye to her.
In Wows Alsace sec main gun is nightmare i wish AL can make her like that Like odin/Flandre so she can suport damage creep for ur Vangguard but man i disepoint skip ill just Flandre fr and the DD sucks I just keep use Allen m summer that reload demon and her barrage is Insane

Alsace is a must rn, big damage + debuff + preload barrage + can stand on her own without needing to pair or relying on other ships.
