I used be one amateur kite flier during my adulthood. Lockdown given me time to again pursue kite flying after 21 years. Now I can understand there is plastic thread as well along with cotton thread. I can understand Manjha and variety of cords, my time gun bardhaman chain bullet etc were there. Now I can't understand what is "saddy" you are mentioning. Ppl who pull kite tuck Manjha first and then plain white thread next to protect fingers when high speed pulling. Is that one you mentioned?? Thanks from Tollygunge

Ppl who plays with dhil means releasing thread for long distance kite fight need not to have saddy I guess ... am I right? And what about variety, plain thread is plain thread, like reels.
Where Can i get any saddi which got wax coat on top of it i used to got those when i was kid but not now those thread were very hard to tear it apart but if it got against any kind of manjha while you are flying kites it will get cut off instantly.
