Will the surgery be as painful and uncomfortable as the first one ? What if it’s only one sided and it’s textured implants , should the implant be switched out for a new one ? My left side is feeling perfect it’s like I don’t even have any implant but the right side is looking and feeling weird 😢
Dr I have a crisis my tissue expander just flipped and looks weird. When I went for the PA to add saline today she said it flipped. How can I get it to go back?
Does it feel different? I can feel the sack from the side on the flatter breast. I’m pretty sure this is what happened. It’s not very noticeable, but I can see the flatness when I compare.
Just had mine replaced and my doctor said mine were flipped upside down when he was removing them. He said I had an extreme amount of muscle for a feme and thought it could have been from me weight training and lifting.
Mine are tear drop and I feel like the right side is just not as it should be it looks different aswell i do a lot of weight training aswell my doctor appointment to discuss the issue is only next year so I’m super anxious 😥

Hi Dr.Brown. ❤ I am currently 7 months po from BA. I have TEXTURED 700cc HP Sientra Implants, OTM. They started flipping at about 4mo po. At my 6mo po visit, my PS seemed to be pretty surprised about the flipping because she said the texture SHOULD have prevented them from being able to flip. She believes that the best way to fix the issue, is to give me a breast lift. Would you agree? She is an AMAZING surgeon & I trust her opinion...but I'm terrified of getting a BL, even though I knew I'd need one eventually.
I had a breast lift and enlargement operation in 2020. I had sagging as a result of weight gain. We repeated the operation in 2021 and 2022 for the same reason. The silicone implant rotates upside down. I don’t know what to do. The implants are located behind the pectoral muscle, the right breast has it Silicone breast pads size 300 cc and the left section size 330 cc What do you advise me to do?

Can this happen with implants that are under the muscle ?
If the implant has flipped would you be able to feel to the touch a difference? I notice the back of the implants seem to all have a circle on? Thanks

My surgeon flipped it with her hands today. I had a mastectomy on 11/11/22 & implants put in both breast. I'm sure u can flip it yourself
