beautiful video.. definitely neat work and very useful... orienting to the view from side optical port to conventional umbilical is little 'different' - Not difficult , but once done dissection looks to proceed rapidly without much bowel coming in, and neat and fast... truly appreciate surgical precision, soft hands and using predictable anatomy to allow structures to appear.. thank you for this wonderful useful video. also, have seen other videos of urs on radical CA , and they are phenomenal. thank you .. Looking forward to enter this space sometime and meeting you , great work.. - Shriraam Ayyar , India
Thank you very much for this very instructive and well shot video! I'm eager to try the extraperitoneal approach. Maybe I could ask you some questions? From your perspective, what's the advantage compared to the trans peritoneal approach? Are you going for the pelvic lymph nodes after that procedure? And if so, by which approach? Many thanks for your kind answers in advance! Best regards. Philip
