Nice setup. I've got the same pulley setup for my wife's bike.
I'm looking at the same cnc as opposed to going with one made in China. Did you get just the cnc, or did you get the bundle?

Hey. Where did you purchase the dust shoe?

I bought a dust shoe from etsy, but didn't like it, so I chopped it up and used parts of it and then CNC'd some other parts to make it work. It's not great, I'd like a better dust shoe, but it works. I have sense made more changes to it(put a nut and bolt to allow me to secure it better)
