Is it easy to get a taxi or tour bus from the hotel into the city?

It's super easy to get transportation from the airport. The best options in my opinion are:
      - Uber (if you are traveling with luggage); or
      - Taxi (the taxi collection point is located right at the end of the terminal building just before the subway/metro train station); or
      - Subway Train (if you are traveling light without luggage, and only want to do a quick day visit in the city and then return back to the airport).
Public transport busses are also available, but it is generally one of the slower options to get around the city simply due to traffic congestion. It all depends on your availability of time, and whether you are traveling with or without luggage. The most efficient (quickest and cheapest) mode of transport is the subway train, and Google Maps train scheduler is very accurate and helpful to tell you where to go, and where to change trains to reach your desired destination. At first the train network appears intimidating, but it's actually super simple when you've figured it out. Just avoid during peak transit times when city workers commute to/from work during the morning (06:00am - 09:00am), and afternoon (16:00pm - 19:00pm). Check out this video to get an idea about using the train network:

Alternatively, Uber is your friend, or marked taxis which you'll get at the airport taxi terminal.
