Ive missed the 5 transactions too may times. Also, have forgotten about rent day a few times.
I fell like if you rent and only have 2-3 cards, Bilt is solid... otherwise, not so much

This is a hard card to not like considering it has no annual fee. The transfer parters are great, you have rent day and the other add'l perks. It would be the cherry on top to see them include mortgages at some point.

It's really sad that they are parting ways with American Airlines. That was the primary reason I got the card.
I agree! American airlines has a ton of sweet spots and their miles are very valuable. Are you going to apply for the American airline’s credit cards now?

The bilt card is honestly nuts but since you can’t use it for mortgages and there’s no SUB I haven’t gotten it. For some this could easily replace the CSP tho

Firstly, congratulations on being a homeowner Michael. This video was a great breakdown of the BILT card. It really is a jack of all trades credit card. The multipliers make it considerable and the transfer partners with no annual fee make it a definite keeper card. Honestly, if someone did not want multiple credit cards and even if they weren’t renters, this card has enough perks to it that this could be a stand alone credit card. Now, that would only be if the person is team travel. This card is a great card and worth taking up a 5/24 slot in my opinion. Thanks again for the video, take care!
Thanks for watching and the comments. Bilt Card really fits well, in what I believe people are doing a budget No Annual Setup nowadays. This setup can include cards such as Bilt, and WF Autograph.

While, I may not use it for Rent anymore, being $0 AF and using it as my regular food card, it's a keeper due to the strong partners.
I have transferred my Bilt pts mainly to top off redemptions for Hyatt, American Airlines, Turkish and Air Canada. (i.e. Japan flight)
