SEGA Dreamcast June 1999 - Project Metropolis (MSR) prototype footage

Very early Project Metropolis (MSR - Metropolis Street Racer) footage, that was left out from all public releases, but leaked anyway on confidential VHS that was for internal use only for SoA employees. That's why it is only in low quality available. I assume it was left out because it's way too early in development to show it. (Like it has only one motor sound)

Thanks for the upload. I think this footage originated from late '98/early '99 as the MSR/Metropolis Street Racer name was being used at E3 '99 (held in May that year). This same footage also appeared on GameFan's website back in '99: it's also on RUclips if you search 'MSR preview / Dreamcast'.
