We can make the pitch-correction even better if we preserve the melody (not the chords) in a separate MIDI channel and route it to the plugin for manual pitch-correction. That might be helpful if the recording is off-note and we want to ensure consistency with the melody.

Well I would say the hundred percent wet is for like the melodic song intros and stuff but I would totally recommend using more than 70 on like a future bass lead(future bass, that's where these pitched up vocal melodies come to play) or any other genres, it might mess up coz ur leads might be in 10 percent wet or something so if u add this heavy reverb on top of that it might mess as u get that feel like why isn't my lead sounding as good as this? (Honestly reverb makes everything better) I'm not referring to those back-in-the-mix cool vocals but when the vocal is used as the lead. Well I'm basically a future bass producer and all I gotta say is if you're using 100% reverb on the lead it messes up your chords . Ik everyone knows this but for the starters out there, xD
