Game is becoming De Ja Vu. I am 1500 reso hit legend and legend rank 1 . Why do i need to have so much reso and spend so much on this game , if i can be legend with so low reso . Does not make any sense to me . I believe most are addicted more then having fun in this game . Blizzard sure did good gambling game for adults .
Im sure there are other needs for people does have more money than yours yes you are rank 1 but for noobs community dont tell me if your ass will be mixed on the 11k reso community would u still get rank 1? Hahahha im pretty sure 1 min is so timely already for thise high resonto knock you out from that rank 1 legend u said u have achieved People who wanted those things were same like yours So in order for u to enjoy this game focus on your happiness if you are low reso dont compare yourself to high reso and one thing is for sure people who go beyond what you can afford are wealthy so dont question them its not your money and your rank is just nothing to them you only good becoz those noobs in your reso were airhead and not that skillful yet to understand what they were doing

For all the proc gems, Void Spark is my favorite because when rush mobbing, the chain lightning also follows with you and hit all enemies on the screen or even far away. Best on Accursed Tower, Terror Rift, Abyssal Verge, Erebban, Elder Rift, Open Field. Roiling Consequences hits hard and yeah. I don't have 40 Tellurian Pearls yet. I'm F2p so rely on it haha but based on popularity seems like Wulfheort is good especially on focused on one enemy.
What ive noticed about starfire...with so many dot builds...when I run away to heal...starfire procs and interrupts my healing. Only reason why I would say keep...but I see where you are going. Gonna be a monster in pvp now
Starfire stays on the same stop and effect goes away in 2secs. Stormvault stays for 6sec and if you are using Roiling with it, it will also create firestorm. Which is indeed stronger.

the falling meteorites from starfire seem to automatically proc wulfheort - auto damage, who doesn't like that.

Is void spark powerful even if it is rank 3 or 4 and good in bg? In all class?

Its a good gem, with full DoT type build setup.

If you have gems like Seeping/Viper/Everlasting to proc wulf, then I would recommend it. Else keep the mother lament.
