Rep. Lloyd Smucker voices support for nutrition incentive programs & GusNIP expansion in farm bill

Congressman Lloyd Smucker (R-Pennsylvania) shares a testimony in support of the Gus Schumacher Nutrition Incentive Program (GusNIP) in the next farm bill to help more nutrition incentive programs reach individuals and families experiencing food insecurity.
