Fun fact for those who don't know that will likely be repeated several times: the Blade Lineage girl's design was created all the way back in Ruina, you can see dialogue portraits of her, Kim (face still hidden) and some Blade Lineage dude wearing generic mook outfit in the artbook. None of them are named, but Blade Lineage DID have its own unique icon that is reused in Limbus. None of the other General Invitations including Seven Association have so much made for them in Ruina.
IIRC, they were originally meant to be in the main story, but were cut, much like Distorted Boris. As for why, probably because theye didn't contribute enough to Syndicate or Library storyline enough to keep them. We already have Kurokumo and Stray Dogs, so, there would be little point in having Blade Lineage too. AFAIK, we have no definitve answer, it's all speculation, we just know they had way more assets in Ruina than any other General Invitation.

@@mr.raphael1507 the Thumb was originally going to have a Distortion, with Boris' form being described as a hydraulic press in developer notes. Moreover, Boris has a Battle Symbol you can obtain by killing Kalo with his keypage named Rule Breaker (his sunglasses), which other Thumb members don't do.
We don't have any other details and I don't remember if Yan replaced him or there originally were two Distortions in that storyline, but it is described as a discarded storyline.
@@anothenblue2630 iirc it was discarded duo to being deemed too graphical, i always assumed yan replaced him due to being an easier distortion to implement narrative-wise and having two distortions in the same story branch would be too redundant, but i don't remember if the artbook ever confirmed if yan replaced him or if they planned both and boris just didn't make it

It definitely wasn't necessary for the narrative since we already had Crying Children and Yan mostly served to explore how Prescripts work, distorting was secondary to that. Boris wouldn't contribute much.

The explanation I've seen is that the librarians don't have fighting skills of there own so why not just use the people who's page they are using anyway. Granted you could get around this via having them use that floors ego. Also this is disregarding the librarians who do have fighting skills of their own whose explanation is that we are no where near their level.
@@ianjordan8964 it would be cool if they worked kinda like [SPOILERS FOR THOSE WHO AINT FINISHED RUINA] angela during the keter realisation or if they used the basic cards you get in beginning but if they survive X turns they can use ego synchronisation to be actually good (granted that would overlap too much with lobotomy egos really...)
@@lostgem8225 I think LC agents work because they're just jobbers who follow orders and aren't extremely privy to what's actually going on, but even the assistant librarians knew what angela wanted and why. it'd also just give verg all the answers he could ever want about the library which I don't think would be very narratively satisfying
For lore reasons, librarian IDs could just simply allow Vergilius to learn whatever the hell he wanted to about the library either voluntarily or through Red Gaze shenanigans (After all, librarians aren't aware that they can die repeatedly, Angela deliberately withholds that information from them to coerce better usage of emotion levels for certain pages). In combat gameplay however, I don't see why it couldn't happen. L Corp IDs as well as E.G.O. IDs have all these specific abilities they can use, while the real L Corp Employees have nothing unique about their combat ability, much like the Librarians. Then again, that could just be interpreted as being a gameplay thing for LobCorp however.

I finally got through all your pm content I think over the course of multiple weeks maybe even a month maybe even more (no joke) idk exactly how much time but I basically went through all pm content from lob corp to now I found your channel wanting to know what happens in lob corp before ruina released on PS4 (I probably would have watched a recap video if I hadn't found your channel and am glad I didn't I loved your lob corp series and all the nuggets even tho I can barely remember the names now) and by the time I finished the lob corp series ruina came out on PS4 and I played through it and when I finally finished it I went back to your channel and watched the ruina series (and dam you are the equivalent of a master strategist compared to me I had to use guides near the end of ruina) and now that am finished with all limbus videos (rn) am thinking of checking out other videos of yours I really didn't expect to love your channel this much when I found it and am excited for when you get to the next canto I already finished all of limbus company's story rn and I definitely will be there for your journey through the next canto

truth be told, I am not a britbongian, but Foreman, I really doubt that all people from Yorkshire sound that regarded. At least in the book, Heath was raised in a very affluent family, I don't think he'd sound like this. Just admit that you enjoy giving him a silly voice and be done with it
You've clearly never spoken to someone in/from Yorkshire, I can't do a proper Yorkshire accent but the clip I shared was identical to how my old boss sounded, I promise you. Whilst posh Yorkshire might use longer and/or more complicated words, the root sound and pronunciation of the accent remains the same.
I have to commend you on trying to lecture someone on the regional accents of their own country though, very bold.
