We did try to repair this heater. But it had the same problem and may have over heated the main board.

You need to go into the mixture settings. 1688 is the code to get in.first setting is for low and second setting is for high. Hope this helps you.

No Dave. We tried it and had the same result. This is the weirdest fault I have ever seen. New heater is the only fix
