fear foods: donuts, anything from cookout, ice cream, treats, bread, sugary drinks, chocolate products, anything with some sugar, cereal, beef, fries, PASTA, pancakes, big pretzels, big carb foods, cheese, salt, peanut and regular butter, yeah .....trying to watch these to realize it’s just food and today hasn’t been such a good day but I’m getting better thank you ❤️
I love the video thank you Erin. It is actually pretty hard for me to watch these types of videos not because it's triggering but I do feel left out of that side of ED recovery. Because of a debilitating chronic illness, there are SO many foods I can't eat (and rules to follow) otherwise my body feels like it's breaking, and I feel like my ED recovery is being held back significantly because of it. I want so bad to fully recover but sometimes I don't know if my ED brain is talking or my self-preservation-to-my-body brain is talking.

I liked the Hokkaido red bean donut (Japanese bokksu snacks). I’m not a fan of donuts tbh. But maybe I haven’t found the right one. I definitely don’t like glazed or powdered (mostly messy) but I hate glazed cuz it’s too sticky 🙈

I used to have an ED a few years back and im perfectly fine now - but seeing this video, knowing what it is like to be in that place, was so lovely. made me happy to see you do something like this to heal other people, and by the way you addressed everything really well. Well, I don't enjoy a bowl of cereal 😅 and it's not even because of my ED I just find it annoying and long, like it take forever to eat a bowl of cereal, I can eat cereal bar tho, because you don't take hours to finish eat😭
