      Yet people did not keep the same energy and all this anger for Robert Blake, accused of the same style crime. Race for sure
      plaid a major part of the entire thing even today. Hence why the country is still divided. Guilty or not, the treatment tells another story.

    How do jurors get paid 5 dollars per day? Are they supposed to be independently wealthy? Serious question here. What happens to their lives and bills, etc. Something doesn't add up. Were they really sequestered the whole time and not allowed out of the hotel?

    Darden crying after they tried to wrongfully convict OJ. Not saying he's innocent but the key words are wrongfully convict. Prosecution bungled the case.

    I was 8-10 when this went on. Everyday I watched it after school.
    What is awful is he partied it up after thinks he was wonderful.

  • @jaylouis8227
    @jaylouis8227 Месяц назад +1

    I think it's more likely than not that he did it, but I think the verdict was correct because the defense did a phenomenal job of creating reasonable doubt. It was heartbreaking watching Kim Goldman's reaction though. Lost in all of this is the fact that two people lost their lives and their families didn't get any justice through the criminal justice system.

    • @HovaNirvana
      @HovaNirvana Месяц назад +1

      I don’t think anyone who’s being honest has any illusions about his innocence, but I feel very bad for Ron Goldman’s family in particular. His humanity and life were barely considered in all the hubbub and even after all that his loved ones couldn’t get justice, at least not criminally. And he was only 25 years old.

    • @jaylouis8227
      @jaylouis8227 Месяц назад +1

      @HovaNirvana I agree. It was definitely more about OJ and Nicole. Ron was sort of lost in the shuffle, and that's a shame because his life was just as valuable.
