I loved "Half-century war", thank you for recommendation. On the other hand I'm half way through "History's Greatest Monster" and I'm sorely dissapointed, especially considering how glowing reviews it got from critics.
I recently picked up Half-Century War. It's going to have to wait because I just started Delicious In Dungeon and it is AWESOME! Another great vid brother. Thank you for the recommendations.

My boyfriend has the majority of the discussed editions, but I don’t think he has heard of these upcoming IDW editions. It’s nice to have the up and up and get a clearer understanding! Ngl, I feel so betrayed he never told me about Ziller v Barkley.
Was doing some research on Dark Horse's 90s superhero line Comics' Greatest World recently. Godzilla vs Hero Zero is a crossover with that universe, and that character is basically an Ultraman riff. Those Art Adams specials are masterpieces too. I didn't realize In Hell wasn't entirely Stokoe. I'd held off on getting that and Half Century due to wanting the same format, but now I think I'll just grab the one he fully did. In the 1960s Steve Ditko did two giant monster characters for Charlton, Gorgo and Konga. Basically ripoff Godzilla and King Kong. They're pretty dated and not up to his fairly contemporary Marvel work, but worth a bit of fun.

If you think about it reading a black and white comic is like watching the first Godzilla movie but it would be nice to see a omnibus for godzilla

You’ll be missing out on some amazing work if you skip out on the rest of Goji in Hell, but Stokoe’s issue is definitely grand.
