My symptoms are needle will rise to 80 first off then drop and stay rock bottom most of journey
How many Nm are used for the fixing screws of the thermostat? Is there any order?

Under the air box in right side of engine
What was the symptoms when it failed?
The temp needle will move around a lot
@@garry_potta my definition of a shot stat is when it reaches 90C* or the middle, and after 15-20 minute drive the needle moves downwards when the heating is cranked up, or for any other reason. This focus of mine does move down quite a lot even when just rolling down hill or stop at a crossroad, so i was gonna do it anyway, but i never had a euro5 engine, who knows what is normal for them. Well this is definitely not, Thanks anyway.
