I love how, early on, there were a fair few HoloMems trying out HoloCure but not all, but with each new update they've been tackling it more and more. The level of quality and dedication for the game has made them all realize that it's the real deal and they're really giving it a chance and many of them are falling in love with it. It's really wholesome, since you know Kay Yu and the other devs have to be absolutely thrilled and honored to have their hard work pay off in such a gratifying way. And they definitely deserve it! I do think the initial release and first update caused some of them to bounce off at first though because of the controls. The first release's controls weren't great (the whole holding a button to maintain a direction was pretty miserable, especially on keyboard controls) and the aiming being limited to controller only in the first update gimped the girls who didn't use one/know to use one. Now that the controls are refined (and the HoloHouse implemented) the girls are going nuts over it, lol. Kay Yu is unironically a hero to me now and I hope I can some day learn to harness even a fraction of the dedication he has to my own projects. Seriously, it's a free dang game and puts many paid games to shame! I'd even say it surpassed its inspiration (Vampire Survive). In fact, I'll not sugarcoat it; it surpassed it for me with the very first release, lol. The multiple characters with different abilities thing launched ahead dramatically.
I don't know any of the people that are in this game, I just found the game. From a outsiders perspective this game is better than vampire survivors, it deserves way more attention.
If you are ever going to do the fan base part 2, Roboco did do a Holocure stream and complete stage 2 and discovered her fan base. The stream is not so obvious unless you can read Japanese as thumbnail is of her crying or something due to not being able to get Hogworts Legacy working. You also forgot to add Okayu last time, just to remind you. Oh and Suisei finally met her fan base too.
What's your predictions for ID girl's basic and special attacks? And what will their stage be like? Who will be the bosses? I reckon it will be based around the ID minecraft server with that ID medley song playing and the bosses being that Risuzilla thing and Udin the bear.
Im probably most hyped for Kaela who should definitely get a hammer to bonk the enemy. Nuts as a projectile for Risu, maybe some sort of paintbrush melee attacks for Iofi similar to Bowser Jr. , Kobo could have rain drops that fall down in AOE around her, and for Anya I kinda hope to see some mechanic where she can swap between defense and attack mode like that one sword pokemon.
@@seanlocke2228 i dont have any non generic ideas for their normal attacks but for Moona I think it would be fun to give her like a „Minecraft NPC“ passive where different quests spawn for her on the map that she can fulfill to get buffs or so. Also for Zeta the secret Agent it might be cool to just give her a gun similar to Ame but to capture the agent thematic it could be like silenced with more dmg but way lower fire rate.
[ *Geinin discipline* ] With an explosive flash of light, Moona transforms into a bunny-meido. She gains increased SPD, ATK and any enemy she defeats while in this form explodes for bonus dmg to all nearby enemies. At the end of the transformation, faint directional laughter can be heard in the distance as she powers down.
@@geke7381 I'm not the most knowledgeable on ID, but I'll give a shot on some ideas. For Risu I'd think it'd be funny if the game detected your clock so that during the month of November her nut attack is stronger and deals more damage, or at a much increased haste as it is "Nonstop". Kaela seems like the most intriguing potential build being a blacksmith and there being anvils. I first thought increasing anvils would maybe be too OP, but then 0.5 came out with the Blacksmith's Gear item and Super Credit Card. So screw it, let's get some all in ideas. Who knows what ways you can integrate an anvil based moveset. A special that drops a usable anvil from the sky dealing a knockback burst? A trusty anvil skill that just grants you a free anvil each of the 3 times you take it, and maybe the anvils are special anvils that cost no money and are guaranteed success? A blacksmith's discount skill that decreases cost of anvils and/or increases success rate? A skill that increases stats like maybe speed each time you use an anvil? Something to capture the grindset mindset like a skill sorta like Mumei's History, except instead of defeating targets increasing attack damage, it increases anvil spawn chance (incentive for halu)? A skill where critical hits have a rare percentage chance to also spawn an anvil when defeating a target (incentive for GWS pill)? There's just so many possibilities to go with. But at the very least, I expect her base HP to be 69. Reine the main 3 things I know about her is that she's a computer keyboard enthusiast, fishing sim fan, and fanfic connoisseur. Maybe the main can be similar to Mumei as a bird feather. but a short yet wide spread idk? Of the main 3 thing I know I think the most potential resides with the fishing. Perhaps in a contrast to kits like Kiara's or Aki's that involve moving, have a build that involves staying put. Some skill perk raises the longer you stay but then gets used/decreases as you move. In addition to simulate the fishing nature, increase pickup range so it's like you are reeling it in. No we're not going to make a skill buff players playing on keyboard instead of controller. and idk where to even go with fanfics. Ollie I'm not too sure about either, but I know she is Kureiji/Crazy, a certified simp, and partaker in chess and math. But I think the most interesting thing is the fact that she is a zombie. Would be interesting if there was a "Resurrection" skill, something basically like a revive, but percentage chance. Imagine you die, but then the heart particles turn back around, collide with an explosion, and you get the feeling of "I'm back b!tches". Chicken Feather takes precedence first since that's more immediate. Not sure how to balance the percentages though. (25% 50% 75%)? (30%, 50%, 70%)? (20% 50% 80%)? (40% 60% 80%)? (33% 50% 66%)? It can lean on the more likely side if there were a mechanic where the skill regresses after each use kinda like chicken feather, but you can buy it back again leveling up. But this idea of losing skills might be controversial. Each tier of the skill could also potentially increase explosion knockback/size/damage. Iofi I agree on something like a paintbrush. Maybe some skill is a different colored paint that delivers different effects depending on the level. Say lvl 1 is blue paint that deals speed debuff, lvl 2 is yellow paint that increases coin drop, and lvl 3 is pink paint that deals defense debuff. or idk something like that. Could rearrange or substitute ideas with attack debuff or lifesteal increase or something. Zeta I definitely think her main weapon should be a red laser point, because of the secret agent aspect of like... avoiding laser traps n such... definitely not because she is a cat. no, most certainly not. Anyways, this isn't some pew pew laser though. I'm thinking a steady targeted stream that deals slow but constant damage. Like a lesser dragon fire or if spider cooking was a narrow aimable line. Perhaps it could be an attribute of the weapon or a separate skill that causes a burn effect, where foes take increasing amounts of damage the longer the laser focuses on them, but begin to "cool" when no longer targeted. I don't really have anything for the rest of ID. But how's that?

When both character and player perfectly in sync… just subaru shouting probably
Choco: what did I just activate.

*Choco uses her special*
Choco: ...how do I use my special?
I facepalmed so hard my brain is in the back of my head💀
Choco mates: You just used it.
Choco: . . . . Gachi?
I’m pretty sure she meant “how does my special work?” when she said that.

Her later reaction suggests otherwise.
I love how Subaru's special is literally just screaming at the enemies.
Is it just me, or does Aqua's laugh sound like one of those baby squeaky toys?
Sounds like I'm getting pelted by arrows with each laughter
Aqua laugh is either squeaky rubber toys, whistle or Pekora
How about a window wiper
