Today, I attempted to book an appointment with you in an attempt to have you as my new PCP. I went through hoops to finally be told, unfortunately, I have to pay thousands of dollars a year to become a member of WellMD before I could book with you. The rep ask me if I were willing to pay this on top of the high premium we already pay and I told her no. She went on to say, ok well I wish you well in your search for a PCP! WoW! I am totally annoyed and sadden by this encounter. smh! I searched for over a week and finally thought, she is the one! Just to be told....If I am not interested in paying more....I wish you well! Cigna network...REALLY?!!!!
