In Pakistan, Indian, Bangladesh and some more Asian countries the job of FMCG merchandiser is considered a very low level job in terms of academic education, designation and salary. Is it the same situation in America?
I never heard of a job where you get a week vacation for every year working for a company. I’m with PepsiCo Foods and it’s 2 weeks starting out at full time and then there’s an extra week added on every 5 years so.. 5 years- 3 weeks 10 years- 4 weeks Etc.
i just leave everything on U Boats in the back so the next guy has to do it

each year you get a week vacation, 1 year = 1 week, 2 years = 2 weeks and so on

It depends on where you’re out of some locations are unionized and have different vacation terms
