I saw him live once in OKC, I had to get the album, the 1st one was brand new at the time, and I still have my t-shirt. The screen print was crooked AF on it but I still rock it XD Evan Brewer is a genius
It really does sound good for it being sampled/synthed or whatever it is doing. I've spent years trying to get that deep metallic/suspension bridge cables snapping off the road during an earthquake type of sound on the bass. Its a tuff tone to achieve. It takes the right bass. Fresh or cleaned strings for recording the take. I recommend practicing in a 2nd bass, keep the clean strings for gametime. I had better luck with active pickups. And hours messing with settings. And a few experimental hardware ideas that was hit or miss. The hardest part for me was getting the high end of the bass tone to NOT overpower or dissappear with the vocals and guitars and effects. You really gotta carve out a spot for everything in the frequencies, depending on the mood of the part . This is a great tool! It really is
For recording maybe, but for the live performance some rare breed of bassists like Ryan Martinie or Wally, are always relevant, cause the passionate style of their playing which makes the show go on.
i would live to see you and Luke make an album like with Jason Richardson solo album but , lil different this time ... ill explain, for the shred still there but tasteful but the breakdowns the core of the music
what happens if I make it learn the midi cc for "pick" and then force an articulation on fingers... guess it prioritizes fingers doesn't it? thanks in advance anyone...
More contents like this, Jason! Please!
Evan Brewer is the answer
So many.
The bass player in Jinjer and Intervals are some the best ever.
This. I am wearing his solo album shirt as we speak.

I literally keep getting jump scared by this thumbnail in my feed!
This goes so HARD
Just say Yes and do it
ayo since when do you have that green version of your sig
This is ironic because if I have to do a metal piece for a scene or project I almost always midi the guitar and actually write the riffs on the bass 😅
I love all kinds of rock but my favourite bass lines come from 2 bands incubus and jamiroquai... Goes back to the 90's and early 2000s
Stuart Zender is the man! Love playing his bass lines, even though I'm mostly guitarist.
Charles berthoud ❤
can you please create a lesson to make your style od arpeggio
Slappadabass

Kerenn sekali
Charles Bertoud x Jason Richardson would be crazy good 🔥
Gone and turned urself into The Omnific… damn.
The session name is "Djenitalia" lol
if the bassist is expected to play your programming i could see why lmao
I feel bad for the bass player that has to learn that.
🤩🤩🤩
Jason, btw what gauge are you using on your cutlass for drop g?
He uses same set for everything, he says to have more control for the flop. I'm pretty it's 9- 59 or something
Use string joy oe evertune calculator to work out what's good for you.
I use a 74 in drop G#
this guy's quite good at guitar
Lmao. This is sick.
Hehehe
That's why I left the band and handle the computer
Djenitalia lmao
🤣❤💯
More tutorial type shit like this please
Paul Rudd... 💯
Please collaborate with Ryan Martinie.
The TOD10n🤤🤤🤤
Did you ask Davie504 if you could slap that bass?
Bro moved place?
No I'm in the same place. Maybe Jason Richardson moved, but not me
www.youtube.com/@arrow366
bro Tim asks about his guitar, can you give it back?
All this work just to make the bass sound like you ripped it straight from tuxguitar
Cheater!😂
Boring
First
No one gives a shit.
I do
